- L. Thomas Henderson

Tom received B.S. and M.F. degrees in Forestry from Clemson University. After several years with forest industry, Tom founded his forestry consulting firm in 1982 and operated as a sole proprietor for three years before incorporating a larger firm formerly known as Henderson & Major, Inc. Tom served as president of Henderson & Major, Inc. for nineteen years prior to establishing Henderson & Associates, Inc.
He is a Registered Forester in North and South Carolina and has earned the "ACF" designation of the Association of Consulting Foresters. Tom also holds the "Certified Forester" designation of the Society of American Foresters. He is a licensed South Carolina Real Estate Broker and a South Carolina Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
Active in professional and community affairs, Tom holds membership in and has served in leadership positions in the following organizations:
- Commissioner - Newberry Soil Conservation District;
- Newberry County Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees;
- Director - Clemson Corps (Clemson University);
- Member - Association of Consulting Foresters;
- Certified Forester - Society of American Foresters;
- Member - South Carolina Forestry Association (Director 2000; Treasurer 2001).
- Ronnie C. Hall

Ronnie is a native of Hartsville, South Carolina and is a 1984 graduate of Horry-Georgetown Technical College in Conway, South Carolina with a degree in Forestry Technology. Prior to joining Henderson & Associates, Inc., Ronnie had seven years with Henderson & Major, Inc. and thirteen years of diverse experience with the forest industry across South Carolina. Ronnie is a licensed South Carolina real estate broker and serves as Vice President of the firm.
He is a member of the following organizations:

- Edgefield County Landowners Association

- Robert R. Calhoun

Robert has more than twenty-six years of experience as a professional forester - the last twenty-three as a forestry consultant. Bob is a 1978 graduate of West Virginia University and is a Registered Forester in South and North Carolina, a Licensed Real Estate Broker in South Carolina and Alabama, a Certified Wetlands Delineator, and a Certified Prescribed Fire Manager.
He is a member of the following organizations:
- Society of American Foresters
- Association of Consulting Foresters
- South Carolina Forestry Association
He also earned the "ACF" designation of the Association of Consulting Foresters. Bob has served as Chairman of the South Carolina Chapter of the Association of Consulting Foresters and as President of the Foresters Council of South Carolina.
- Lynn Heanue

Lynn has over eleven years of experience as an office manager in a forestry consulting firm and also has experience as a real estate agent. She very capably handles all administrative duties and does most of our computer mapping. Lynn is a licensed South Carolina real estate sales agent and serves as Secretary of the firm.
- Corbin C. Crittenden

A native of Lexington, South Carolina, Corbin received a B.S. degree in Forest Resource Management from Clemson University in 2006. While earning his degree, he was employed by a variety of companies in the forest industry, earning valuable experience from both procurement and consulting foresters. Corbin currently serves as a forester in the firm and is a member of the following organizations:

- South Carolina Forestry Association
- Aiken County Landowners’ Association
- Orangeburg-Calhoun County Landowners’ Association
- Xi Sigma Pi National Forestry Society
